Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders ship within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Where we ship from. All orders ship from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, United States.
Carrier and tracking. We ship with USPS. You'll receive your USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery times (after shipping).
- United States: standard USPS delivery estimates for the service you choose, shown at checkout and in your tracking.
- International: 2-12 business days depending on location; USPS estimates apply.
Customs, duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.
Holiday shipping deadlines. For expected delivery before December 25 in the contiguous US, please order by December 15. Your order then ships by December 17, USPS's recommended 2026 send-by date for USPS Ground Advantage. Alaska, Hawaii and territories: USPS Ground Advantage takes 10+ days, so order early.
Address changes. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible after ordering at madebynativos@gmail.com. Once a package ships, we can't redirect it.
Lost or delayed packages. If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email madebynativos@gmail.com and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
Damaged items. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away with a photo if anything is damaged or wrong. We'll make it right, and for damaged items we pay the return shipping.
